Job DescriptionNew Orleans, Louisiana – Primary Care Physician JobClinical Role:\ N Do you knowsomeone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!
\ N Permanent, full-time position
\ N Seeking a board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
\ N Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
\ N See approximately20–22 patients per day
\ N Value-based care model with monthly patient visits
\ N Small patient panels (typically 350–450 patients per physician)
\ N On-call limited to your own patient panel
\ N Typically no APP supervision required
\ N Patient population: Medicare Advantage, age 65+ (average 71–72)
\ N Focus on geriatric primary care and chronic disease management
\ N Minimal to no pediatric population
\ N EMR: proprietary platform
\ N No 2026 or 2027 residents
\ N No visa sponsorship available
