Milwaukee 150m;

Chicago 200mJob Description:

\ N Established team of 1 physician

\ N Established practice serving the Stoughton community

\ N Opportunity to practiceoutpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic

\ N Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences

\ N Experienced staff, bothclinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community

\ N Full time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access

\ N 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult patients

\ N Fully integrated systemwith clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities:

\ N Average of 17-20 patients per day;

no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM)

\ N 1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week + administrative time

\ N Shared call amongst theproviders;

Phone call only - triaged through MyNurse line.

\ N Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

\ N General procedures suchas joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, etc.

\ N Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care

\ N Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

\ N Excellent communication(written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

\ N Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

\ N Hold an unrestricted license

\ N Ability to work as a team member

\ N US Citizen or H1B
