Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Physician Opportunity - Coal City, Illinois Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a strong network of more than 150 primary care and specialty physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering remarkable healthcare experiences in Coal City, Illinois.Position Details
Full-time direct patient care — minimum 40 hours per week
Comprehensive primary care including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment management
Medical history collection, documentation, and electronic medical record management
Analysis of test results, imaging, and examination findings to inform diagnosis and treatment
Patient education on procedures, test results, and prescribed treatments
Monitoring of patient conditions and reevaluation of treatment plans as needed
Proficiency in Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding
On-call participation during weekdays and weekends as required
Qualifications MD or DO degree
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Illinois state medical license
Active or eligible Illinois Controlled Substances license
Compensation Competitive hourly compensation
