Family Medicine Physician | $407K+ Year 1 Potential | 4-Day Work Week

Position Highlights
* Enjoy a 4-day work week with a fixed schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
* Practice in a brand-new hospital and clinic building scheduled to open in 2027.
* Focus on outpatient primary care with light backup Emergency Department call coverage.

Compensation & Benefits
* $407,000+ total potential earnings in your first year.
* $325,000 guaranteed plus additional bonus incentives.
* $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
* $60,000 student loan assistance

* Generous 32 days of PTO plus 6 paid holidays.

Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics. General Practice physicians will also be considered.
* Comfortable with Outpatient Primary Care and light ED backup coverage.
* Cap-exempt Visa candidates are welcome to apply (positions without the $100k immigration fee are actively considered).
