Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Opening in Glasgow, MT Location: Glasgow, MT Nearby Cities: Billings, MT 200 m; Great Falls, MT 220 m; Bismarck, ND 280 m; Helena, MT 300 m Type: Full-Time, Employed Setting: Outpatient (with broad-spectrum Family Medicine scope) New Grads: Yes ---Opportunity: Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-established practice in the welcoming community of Glasgow, Montana. You will join a collaborative team of 3 Family Medicine physicians, 1 Internal Medicine physician, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in a supportive and patient-centered environment. --- Position Highlights:Flexible schedule of four 10-hour clinic shifts per week Broad-spectrum Family Medicine in a rural community setting Collaborative team-based model with physicians and APPs Supportive leadership with strong emphasis on work-life balance Six weeks of vacation plus 2 weeks of CME annually --- Compensation & Benefits:Base salary of $295,000 plus production incentives and annual bonus opportunities Generous sign-on bonus Loan repayment assistance Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, malpractice coverage, and 401(k) with match CME stipend and dedicated time off --- About the Community: Glasgow offers the perfect balance of a fulfilling medical career and Montana lifestyle.
