Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Physician opening in Granville and Greenwich, NY Full-Time | Outpatient Primary Care | Flexible Schedule | J-1/H-1B AcceptedA well-established Primary Care practice in northeastern New York is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient care in the Granville and Greenwich communities.Opportunity Highlights:

Join a well-established Primary Care practice
Hospital-employed position
Full-time flexible schedule
Telephone call only, averaging approximately 3 weeks per year
Support from a full-spectrum medical group, including Primary Care, Specialists, and Hospitalist colleagues
Strong nursing and administrative support
On-site medical imaging, lab, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services
System-wide EMR: Epic
Safe, family-focused community setting with access to the Adirondacks, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and the Vermont border
J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship accepted
Compensation and Benefits: Base compensation range: $270,000 - $300,000

Candidate Requirements: MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
New York medical license or eligibility
Interest in outpatient primary care
Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
Interest in serving family-focused communities in northeastern New York
