About the Role \ N We're seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of providers, nurses, behavioral health staff, and medical assistants to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.\ N
Key Responsibilities \ N Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients.
\ N Deliver same-day and urgent care services as needed.
\ N Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
\ N Maintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults.
\ N Support quality improvement and community health initiatives.
\ N Qualifications \ N Valid Pennsylvania medical license required.
\ N DEA license and currentBLS/CPR certification required.
\ N Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
\ N Community health experience and bilingual in English/Spanish are a plus.
