Job DescriptionPrimary Care Physician – Litchfield, CT Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Role: Primary Care Physician (Adults, 18+) - Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care - Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about a 4-day work week option) - Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment - Call: Phone call only;
