Primary Care Physician - Litchfield, CT Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine -Role: Primary Care Physician (Adults, 18+)-Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care-Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about a 4-day work week option)-Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment-Call: Phone call only; averages ~2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every ~2 monthsCompensation & Offerings:-Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus-Loan repayment support-Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend-Paid CME time off plus CME budget, with reimbursement for professional licenses and dues-Paid time off plus company holidays-Retirement plan with employer match-Family care benefits, including emergency back-up care-Voluntary benefits such as tuition programs, insurance options (home, auto, renter's, pet, identity theft), and legal services-Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settingsQualifications: -Unrestricted (or eligible) State of Connecticut medical license-Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
