A facility near Littleton, NH is seeking a Primary Care Medical Director to join their Primary care team!
Primary Care Medical Director Opportunity:
* Full-time, permanent opportunity

Provide direct primary care services to patients while serving as the clinical leader for the practice, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and continuity across the patient population.

Lead and support the clinical team , including physicians and advanced practice providers, through clinical guidance, collaboration, case consultation, and development of consistent standards of care.

Drive clinical quality and practice improvement , overseeing patient outcomes, safety, workflows, regulatory compliance, and initiatives that improve access, patient experience, and overall practice performance.
Primary Care Medical Director Qualifications:
* Must have MD/DO from an accredited program
* Must have certification in Internal Medicine/Family Practice
* 5 or more years of primary care required
* Previous leadership experience preferred
