Job Description
\ NA Live Oak based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate family practice physician to join a collaborative, outpatient practice. An ideal candidate should value practicing evidence-based medicine and should be comfortable treating all ages. This role involves collaboration with other staff members and leading mid-level providers and nursing staff.
\ NRequired Qualifications
\ N CA medical license as an MD or DO
\ N Completion of an approved residency program
\ N Board certification or board eligible in family practice
\ N CA DEA certificate before start date
\ N CPR certification
\ NResponsibilities
\ N Provide direct primary care to patients of all ages
\ N Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care
\ N Participate in utilization and peer review programs which evaluates the quality of the medical staff and medical services being performed at the clinics
\ N Provide supervision andconsultation to physician assistants and nurse practitioners
\ N Provide consultation services to practitioners by telephone accessibility as necessary
