Job DescriptionGeneral Summary Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in a family practice setting.
WellSpan is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Physician to join our outpatient practice in the charming town of New Oxford, PA . Our practice is conveniently located minutes from historic Gettysburg and Hanover, PA and is an easy drive to Maryland or York, PA.
What you can expect at your practice:
Join 2 seasoned CRNPs in this family-oriented and supportive environment
Fully staffed: Provider to medical assistant ratio is 1:1
9 exam rooms and a procedure room
Monday through Friday work week with 35 direct patient care hours
WellSpan Primary Care practices now utilize Epic?s Ai scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record for the provider.
Mentorship available for new graduates

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Administrative skills.
