Job DescriptionAdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for physicians who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work–life balance.
\ N In this role, you will workclosely with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications
\ N - Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, with intent to obtain board certification if board-eligible
\ N - Passion for whole-person, family-centered primary care
\ N - Comfortable working ina team-based model supervising Advanced Practice Providers
\ N - Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills
\ N - BLS Required
