Job DescriptionPermanent – Family Practice Physician (No OB) – Park Rapids, MN Position Overview Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patient Contact Hours: 36 per week
Setting: Outpatient only Primary clinic: Park Rapids
Outreach possible to Menahga and Walker clinics
EMR: EPIC
Clinical Scope Patient Volume: Average of 16–22 patients per day
Procedures (Optional): Nexplanon & IUD placement
Colposcopy
Joint injections
Additional minor office procedures
Call Schedule: Approx. 1:10, telephone only
Requirements Board Certification / Eligibility: Family Medicine (BC/BE)
