Job Description Board Certified Physician Assistant
Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience required
Outpatient primary care Nurse Practitioner float role supporting clinics in the Port Orange area
100% outpatient primary care setting focused on value-based, patient-centered care and preventive health
Small patient panels designed to support quality care and strong patient relationships
No nights and no weekends
