* Join a large primary care group hiring due to growth
* Experienced physicians only, cannot accept residents
* Work Monday to Wednesday in Tehachapi, Thursday & Friday at main clinic in Bakersfield
* See 22 patients per day
* Call phone only 2 weeks per year
* Hospitalists do all the inpatient work
* The practice sees all ages
* Competitive compensation starting $350-400krange plus bonuses
* Mileage will be compensatedfor going to Tehachapi
* Sign on bonus
