Job DescriptionPrimary Care Role---Thomaston, CT Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine - Role: Primary Care Physician (18+) - Location: Thomaston, CT - Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care - Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only;
ask about 4-day work week option - Shift Detail: Weekdays only, optional 4-day work week - Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment - Call: Phone call only;
