JOBSPECIFICS
\ N Brand new clinic – Opening Soon!
\ N Join the team of physicians and APP’s as the Dixon market expands to Sterling, IL
\ N Clinic space will include 3 exam rooms per provider, and a procedure room
\ N Point of Care Lab Testing available on site
\ N Team-based care model with comprehensive support
\ N Minimal call. OSF After-Hours Call Center will take first call
\ N 13 miles to OSF Saint Katharine Medical Center in Dixon, IL
\ N Ability to teach withinthe Family Medicine Residency Program
\ N Optional inpatient coverage available

\ N Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$305,000
\ N Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications \ N
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\ N Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
\ N Licensed by the FederalDrug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
\ N Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
\ N Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
\ N Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
\ N PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
\ N Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
