\ N - Base salary: Starting at $220,000+ based on experience
\ N - Health insurance: Employer pays 70%
\ N - Dental & vision insurance
\ N - Retirement: 403(b) with a 5% employer match
\ N - PTO: 5 weeks
\ N - 7 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays
\ N - CME: $4,500 annual stipend plus CME time
