Job DescriptionSeeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an independent, physician-led multispecialty practice in Walla Walla, Washington , offering clinical autonomy, exceptional operational support and a flexible schedule designed for long-term work-life balance.\ N
Position Highlights:

\ N Inherit a respected, established patient panel

\ N 1:1 MA-to-physician ratio , with RN support options
\ N Stable, experienced APPteam with most providers having 5+ years of tenure
\ N On-site imaging, laboratory and ambulatory surgery center
\ N Suki AI scribing and dedicated value-based care documentation support to reduce administrative burden
\ N After-hours clinical triage support helps minimize call interruptions
\ N Minimal-commute lifestyle with easy access to the community's dining, wine and outdoor amenities

Compensation & Benefits:
\ N $250K–$300K guaranteed base salary
\ N Quarterly productivity bonuses
