Job DescriptionFamily Medicine opening in Wheelersburg, OH - Visa EligibleLocated in Wheelersburg, OH - Portsmouth 10m; Huntington, WV 55m; Cincinnati 110mFull-time; EmployedSeeking BC/BEH1B Visa Assistance Overview:* Join a hospital-employed Family Medicine group serving a growing patient population* Outpatient practice with opportunity to provide acute care coverage* Office hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm* Shared call schedule of approximately 1:50 weekdays and weekends* Average patient volume of 20-25 patients per day* Perform office procedures including injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatments, and mole/skin tag removal* Participate in antibiotic stewardship initiatives* Opportunity to help grow the practice and develop long-term patient relationships* Collaborative environment with laboratory, imaging, and pharmacy services available on site* Teaching opportunities available with medical students, residents, and advanced practice trainees--- Comp/Benefits:* Competitive base salary plus bonus incentives up to 10%* Sign-on bonus up to $100,000* Medical school loan repayment up to $200,000* Residency stipend up to $25,000* Relocation assistance up to $10,000* 29 days PTO with opportunity for additional incentive PTO* Five CME days plus up to $5,000 annual allowance* Malpractice insurance coverage* Health insurance* 403(b) retirement plan with employer match* 457(b) deferred compensation plan--- Group/Facility Info:* Hospital-employed position* 248-bed nonprofit regional medical center* Service area of more than 250,000 residents* Over 3,000 employees and 300+ medical staff members* On-site lab, X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and pharmacy services* Strong referral network and specialty support* Academic affiliation with opportunities for clinical faculty appointments* Collaborative environment focused on quality and patient-centered care-- About the Area:Wheelersburg is located in southern Ohio along the Ohio River and offers affordable living, excellent schools, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
