\ NJob Description Practice: Established, Mission‑Driven Community Health Organization \ NJoin a rapidly growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving communities across the South since 2005. What began as a small clinic with five employees has expanded into a regional network of 7 standalone clinics and 40 school-based clinics , delivering primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services to underserved populations.
\ NThe organization now employs nearly 500 staff , including 36 providers in its flagship location, and recorded 144,000 patient visits in 2023 . Since opening, they have provided care to more than 850,000 patients across the region.

\ NOutpatient Only –no call, no weekends, no evenings.
\ NWith recent retirements and continued growth across multiple Southern communities, this role offers immediate patient volume, strong support, and a mission-driven environment. Clinics also provide transportation services to improve access for patients.
\ NPractice Details Setting \ NOpportunities available across the South , including newly expanded clinic sites. All locations offer modern facilities, supportive teams, and a collaborative culture.
Schedule \ N Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
\ N 36-hour clinical week
\ N 4.5 days clinic + 0.5 day admin (admin can be completed from home)
\ N No weekends (covered by NPs)
\ N No evening hours
\ N Patient Volume & Visit Structure \ N ~20patients per day
\ N 30-minutevisits for new patients and annuals
\ N Shorter visits for sick visits and follow-ups
\ N Provider autonomyin structuring visit times
\ N Payer mix: ~60% Medicaid
\ N Patient mix: ~40% pediatrics, 45% adults, remainder 65+
\ N Call \ N None – 100% outpatient
\ N Compensation & Benefits Financial Package \ N Base Salary:
\ N $250,000–$300,000 depending on experience
\ N Starting at $250k, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
\ N Medical Director option: $350,000
\ N
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (negotiable)
\ N Production Incentive: Yes — supplemental pay based on encounters
\ N Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC and State of Louisiana programs
\ N Relocation: $10,000 with receipts (negotiable)
\ N Time Off \ N PTO: 7 days PTO + 10 vacation days (increases with tenure)
\ N Holidays: 9
\ N CME: 2 days + $2,000 allowance
\ N Total Paid Time Off: ~28 days (flexible based on candidate)
