The facility has 8 locations throughout Western NY and has easy access to and from Toronto, Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester, NY.

Who we are seeking:
MD or DO graduate
Family Medicine Residency trained
New York State licensed or the ability to obtain one
DEA certificate
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
About the benefits:
Guaranteed Salary based on experience
$208,000 to $225,000 Yearly
