Join a patient-centered organization and provide full scope primary care services where professionals come together to improve access to quality health care for all. The facility has 8 locations throughout Western NY and has easy access to and from Toronto, Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester, NY.

Who we are seeking:
* MD or DO graduate
* Family Medicine Residency trained
* New York State licensed or the ability to obtain one
* DEA certificate
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
