A respected community health organization in Central Washington is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven team dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to underserved populations.
This opportunity offers physicians the ability to practice full-spectrum family medicine while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families. Providers are supported by a collaborative care model focused on improving access, outcomes, and overall community health.

Position Highlights
Full-scope Family Medicine practice
Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours weekly
EPIC electronic medical record system
Team-based care model with dedicated clinical support
Certified bilingual medical assistants available for patient care and translation services
Opportunity to serve diverse and underserved patient populations
Compensation & Incentives
Guaranteed first-year salary of $322,000
$30,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
Malpractice insurance provided with no tail coverage required
Visa sponsorship support available, including J-1 Waiver and H-1B sponsorship
Opportunity to participate in a four-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Washington
