About this opportunity

Confidential lists this Physician for AI Training and Evaluation opportunity in Harmony, Pennsylvania. Review the employer’s description below for duties, qualifications and application requirements.

Job description

Role Overview

Apply your clinical judgment to help evaluate and improve advanced AI models. Your expertise will inform the standards used to assess clinical reasoning, including whether recommendations are appropriate for real patients and real-world care constraints.

This is an ongoing opportunity for physicians interested in AI training and evaluation work, rather than a posting for one currently active project. Matching projects may begin with short notice, and candidates are contacted when work relevant to their specialty becomes available.

Key Responsibilities

Create clinical vignettes based on your own practice, including presentation, laboratory findings, imaging, and an attending-level reference answer.

Evaluate AI-generated diagnostic reasoning, including the order and quality of differentials, anchoring risks, and whether proposed workups align with clinical guidelines.

Identify recommendations that may be textbook-defensible but unsuitable for a particular patient because of comorbidities, contraindications, or access to care.

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. with board certification and a current, active, unrestricted license.

Active clinical practice, or sufficiently recent practice to clearly explain the reasoning behind clinical decisions.

Strong written communication skills for explaining clinical reasoning.

Comfort working with ambiguous tasks and raising unclear instructions.

Final-year residents and fellows are welcome to apply.

Work Terms

Remote, hourly engagement.

Individual project invitations identify the applicable rate, expected hours, and client.

Project placement depends on specialty fit and current project availability. Contact may occur within a week or take several months.

Compensation

$115 to $150 per hour, with final project-specific terms provided in the project invitation.

Eligibility

Complete one registration to be considered across all qualifying physician networks. Completing the domain-expert interview and joining each network for which you qualify can improve the likelihood of receiving a matching project invitation.

Application Process

Submit your resume and confirm your work location.

Complete a short AI interview, approximately 20 minutes.

Your license and background will be verified before you are added to the physician pool.

This standing listing does not issue acceptance or rejection decisions. If a suitable project arises, matching physicians from the pool are invited to apply to that specific project, where any hiring decision is made.
