Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician (MD/DO) to join our multi-specialty, office-based healthcare team. The Physician will work collaboratively with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality medical care to patients across all age groups.\ N
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services, developing appropriate treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and ensuring exceptional patient care through evidence-based medical practices.\ N
The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who demonstrates strong judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to accurate documentation, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care.\ N
Key Responsibilities:\ N
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across various age groups within an office-based, multi-specialty practice.\ N
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.\ N
Manage disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery plans.\ N
Treat acute illnessesand injuries while developing appropriate care strategies.\ N
Prescribe medications, administer routine vaccinations, and provide guidance on personal health, wellness, and preventive care.\ N
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, recommend follow-up care, and refer patients to specialists when appropriate.\ N
Develop sound medicalassessments and individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.\ N
Provide clinical direction and support to nursing, clinical, and front-office staff.\ N
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\ N
Complete documentation without inappropriate copy/paste practices to support accurate E/M coding standards and quality reporting.\ N
Ensure appropriate documentation to support HCC coding requirements and value-based care initiatives.\ N
Review, complete, andsign patient charts within required timelines.\ N
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other practice-related activities.\ N
Perform additional duties as assigned.
