nnnOpportunity to quickly build a new practice and patient panel from the ground up

nnRecruiting for a 2-Physician practice

nnFull-time, hospital employed position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
n
nn24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
n
nnFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

nResponsibilities
nnn7 days of call per month
n
nnPractice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient
n
nnAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
n
nnSpecialty skills: ERCP training is a plus, but not a requirement
n
nnEvaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
n
nnPatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
n
nnExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
n
n nQualifications
nnnMD or DO
n
nnBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
n
nnAbility to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
n
nnHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
n
nnEligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
n
nnJ-1 waiver sponsorship available via Flex waiver process
