## Inpatient Gastroenterologist opening – Beaumont, TX ### Position Details * FT, permanent* Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for full-time inpatient care* Manage 15–18 patients per day , including admissions, daily care, and discharges* Provide inpatient GI consults , often collaborating with intensivists and other specialists* Participate in a 10-bed closed ICU and 11-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) * Procedural responsibilities include EGD, colonoscopy, and ERCP (advanced procedures like EUS not currently supported)* Supported by a dedicated APP, RNs, LVNs, endoscopy nurses, anesthesia staff, and clinic scribes * EMR: Epic* Scheduling: 7-on / 7-off model with weekend and emergency night coverage; shared holiday coverage### Benefits Details * Competitive compensation package with quality bonus * Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance* Paid malpractice with tail coverage* CME allowance* Retirement plan with employer match* Medical, dental, and vision benefits* Physician-led organization with AI resources to reduce burnout and support work–life balance* Paid time away from practice### Community Details * Located in Beaumont, Texas , offering access to Gulf Coast amenities and East Texas culture* Family-friendly area with good schools, outdoor recreation, and cultural events* Affordable cost of living with a strong sense of community and local charm
