\ N Collaborate with nursing, ancillary services, and consulting providers to support safe, efficient patient flow
\ N Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and ongoing care plans
\ N Maintain thorough documentation and provide effective handoffs to support continuity of care
