\ N Gastroenterology group in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join their thriving and growing practice in beautiful Ocean Springs, MS. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a high-demand, high-reward role with unlimited earning potential in one of the most affordable and picturesque areas along the Gulf Coast.
\ NHighlights of this position:
\ N EstablishedGroup: Join a stable, collegial team of experienced and supportive gastroenterologists.
\ N Growth-Driven Role: Position created due to strong patient demand and practice expansion across satellite offices.
\ N Hospital Affiliation: Affiliated with Gulfport hospital with only 1 day/week of hospital coverage.
\ N Call Schedule: Light call rotation of 1:6, ensuring a strong work-life balance.
\ N Advanced Procedures: ERCP is a plus, but not mandatory.
\ N Compensation & Benefits:
\ N Minimum starting base salary of $500K+
\ N Partner Track: 2-year path to partnership with no cap on income potential
\ N Current partners are earning over $1 million annually
