What We Need: Clinical Excellence: We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Collaborative Approach: The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our team to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. What You Can Expect: Work Environment: Your time will be split between clinic and hospital settings, providing a diverse range of patient care experiences. Call Schedule: Enjoy a reasonable call schedule of 1:2, split among physicians, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Patient Volume: Expect an average outpatient volume of 12-15 patients per day, with varying inpatient volumes. Perform an average of 20+ procedures daily. Telehealth: Telehealth visits are offered to provide convenient care options for patients. Mentorship: Benefit from a strong mentorship focus, fostering professional growth and development. Qualifications:
