BC/BE Gastroenterologist - Exciting opportunity for a to join a not-for-profit health system deeply rooted in the local community. The flagship hospital is a 99-bed acute care facility and the sole community hospital in the region.Practice HighlightsTwo state-of-the-art practice locationsDiagnose and manage a broad spectrum of GI and hepatobiliary disorders including GERD, IBD, IBS, celiac disease, GI bleeding, pancreatobiliary disease, and liver diseasePerform EGD, colonoscopy, polypectomy, hemostasis, dilation, and PEG placement; advanced procedures based on training (ERCP, EUS)Provide inpatient consults and participate in GI call rotationCollaborate with Primary Care, Surgery, Oncology, Radiology, and Nutrition teamsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical pathways, and program developmentAdditional procedures welcomed but not required: ERCP, EUS, bleeding and complex polypectomy, motility, Barretts ablation, and IBD infusion servicesTechnology & SupportMeditech EMRTeaching opportunities Experienced office staff for seamless practice managementDa Vinci V RoboticsReferral NetworkRobust referral base from employed Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Family Medicine providers, ensuring strong patient volume and practice growth.Compensation & Benefits3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly wRVU incentiveSigning bonus and annual commitment payment beginning year twoPaid call (10 days or fewer per month)Flexible paid vacationMoving allowanceCME stipend: $5,000 plus 5 paid daysHealth, life, and dental insuranceFully paid long-term and short-term disability403(b) with employer match and 457(b) retirement planPaid malpractice insurance with tail coverageCell phone allowancePaid Indiana medical, DEA, and CSR licenses plus up to two medical organization membershipsWhy Marion, Indiana?Enjoy an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and a welcoming Midwest community with easy access to Indianapolis.
