More than sixty specialties converge here, including Idaho's only Children's Hospital and Hospital at Home program. But inside St. Luke's, the standout feature isn't equipment or facilities-it's the culture. Nationally recognized by the American Medical Association's Joy in Medicine program for reducing burnout and boosting clinician well-being, St. Luke's leads in team collaboration, professional growth, and shared decision-making.
