Requirements:
MI license
BC/BE (If BE: must become BC within a year)
BLS
DEA & CSR/CDS
Clean record
Health screen
ERCP certification
Fellowship in GI
Full COVID vaccination/exemption
Current Flu vaccination
5-8 yrs of GI work experience
PMP certification (preferred)
ITIL or other industry certification (preferred)
