Gastroenterology Flexible Schedule Nevada Practice Highlights Opportunity to perform advanced Gastroenterology procedures including EGD, ERCP, Colonoscopy, and CapsoCam Flexible schedule and patient volume tailored to physician preference Modern clinic with six exam rooms, shared hospital office space, and access to advanced Gastroenterology procedures Favorable 1:4 call rotation with low overnight volume and primarily daytime consults Well-established multi-specialty hospital with a strong community reputation and robust referral network Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production model with earning potential at the 90th percentile MGMA Quarterly quality incentives tied to patient outcomes and patient satisfaction metrics Sign-on bonus plus relocation reimbursement up to $15,000 Generous PTO package totaling 360 hours annually Qualifications Degree: MD/DO Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology Licensure: Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience: Open to both new graduates and experienced Gastroenterology physicians Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available About the Community No state income tax and a lower cost of living compared to many neighboring California markets Convenient access to Reno, Lake Tahoe, and year-round mountain and lake recreation Family-friendly community with local concerts, farmers markets, festivals, and outdoor events Access to strong public and private school options along with nearby higher education institutions Job Reference #: 25009
