Outpatient Gastroenterologist Opportunity
Virtua Health is seeking a skilled Outpatient Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in the Egg Harbor Township area. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is looking for an outpatient-focused role with the potential for professional growth.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient Focus: No hospital rounding/call required.
Office Location: Egg Harbor Township.
Work-Life Balance: A predictable schedule with office-only call requirements.
Ownership Opportunity: Potential to buy into an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), offering a unique financial opportunity.

Qualifications:
Board-certified or Board-eligible Gastroenterologist.
Strong interest in outpatient care with a focus on gastroenterology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality outpatient gastroenterology services to a diverse patient population.
Perform consultations, evaluations, and treatment for gastrointestinal disorders.
Build long-lasting relationships with patients and the community.
Opportunity to be involved in leadership roles and potential ASC ownership.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary as a gastroenterologist is: $461,000.00. The actual compensation package for a gastroenterologist will vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Productivity Incentive Bonus: Eligible per employment agreement
