Locum Tenens Opportunity: Gastroenterologist Needed near Skanee, MI Specialties: Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology Department: Gastroenterology Start Date: Reason for Coverage: Supplemental End Date: Ongoing Allowed Holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day Providers Requested: 1 MD Provider Type: Physician Request Type: Locum Tenens Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: McKesson and Athena Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers?: Yes Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Is Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required?: Yes Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes Admissions Required?: No Are temporary privileges available?: No Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: No Patients Per Shift: Up to 12 for procedures, less inpatient Bed In Department: N/A Rounding: Both Practice Details: Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible, Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS License Requirement: Licensed in MI only Reimbursement for Licensing Costs: NoDescription/Other Details: Immediate coverage needed for a licensed Gastroenterologist in MI. Monday Sunday 7:00 AM 7:00 AM: 24-hour call. For subsequent assignments: Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM regular onsite hours, followed by 3:00 PM 7:00 AM night call. Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM 24-hour call. Please submit bids including 24-hour rate and regular hourly/night call. Immediate turnaround on credentialing application and billing enrollment packet required.
