General Neurologist Opportunity - Beautiful Pacific Northwest
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is seeking a General Neurologist to join our established, collaborative neurology team in Vancouver, Washington-one of the most desirable locations in the Pacific Northwest.

4 Neurohospitalists
1 Sleep Specialist
1 Sleep Nurse Practitioner
1 Physician Assistant
Our team brings a diverse range of expertise and interests, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for both professional growth and patient care.
Practice Highlights
Flexible 4-5 day work week
36 patient contact hours per week with a built-in 4 hours administrative time (1.0 FTE)
1:9 home-based night call
EPIC EMR + DAX AI scribe for enhanced efficiency
Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support
Optional opportunities for Botox and EMG/NCV procedures
Ability to read your own EEGs

Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary (1-2 years): $354,224 , then transition to production model
Potential for Performance bonus after salary guarantee
