Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a BC/BE physician to join its existing group of Pulmonologists/Sleep Physicians.

Job Description & Responsibilities
Join an established team of 5 Pulmonologists, 5 Intensivists, and 3 Sleep physicians, 4 Advance Practice Clinicians, 4 dedicated outpatient Respiratory Therapists and 1 Nurse Specialist.
Clinical time will be split between pulmonary and sleep medicine.
This role entails inpatient pulmonary consultations, outpatient clinic, pulmonary procedures and interpretation of sleep studies.
Resident and Medical Student supervision and teaching
Weekly multidisciplinary clinic-radiologic conference
Bronchoscopy with EBUS, Point of care Ultrasound
AASM certified Sleep Center
Collaboration with ENT for hypoglossal nerve stimulator therapy
Collaboration with Interventional radiology and Thoracic surgery for procedures
Full integrated EPIC-EMR since 2011
Salary Range: $328,067 - $410,000 . This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
