Mercy Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment known for quality care and patient satisfaction.
Practice Highlights

Join one other full-time General Surgeon and 1 full-time NP
Clinic office suite located on hospital campus
Surgical Center consists of 40,000 sq/ft and 6 state-of-the-art operating rooms
18 Pre-Op/Post-Op rooms
1 Anesthesiologist + 5 CRNA's
2 Endoscopy Suites
6 PACU bays
1 Da Vinci Robot
Large, established multi-specialty referral network
System-wide Epic EMR
Teaching opportunities with local medical school
Open to H-1B visa candidates

102-bed hospital serving Southeast Kansas
Level III Trauma Center and Emergent Stroke Ready Hospital
Leapfrog Group's A Hospital Safety Grade
12-bed ICU with 24/7 telehealth monitoring
Compensation & Benefits
$540K guaranteed salary plus $50,000 recruitment bonus
Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
4 weeks' vacation , 6 holidays, and 1 week CME during guarantee period
$5,000 annual CME allowance
