Monday - Friday schedule with a 4.5-day work week
Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered
Low patient census with no more than 8 patients
Collaborate with nurse practitioners in a team-based care model
SNF and outpatient clinic experience required
Academic medical center affiliation with fellowship and residency programs
All necessary equipment provided for geriatric population care
Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine required

Salary from $ to $ annually
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay.
