Job Description Outpatient onlysenior care practice in Clearwater, FloridaMedicare-friendly service to the patientsThe group sees patients ages 65+ in an outpatient only settingYou will work Monday-FridayNo hospital work or inpatient admits/rounding requiredThe shared phone call schedule is 1:10Each office uses cutting-edge technologies including an on-site, robotic pharmacy to make the patient experience betterSmall patient panel, which allows for amazing continuity of care Compensation Salarywith sign-on bonus = $300,000 Total Compensation In the second year, there is a base salary increase and performance-based incentive bonusesThese bonuses are based on patient satisfaction surveysEach physician also receives malpractice coverage, relocation, and full benefits including: health-disability-life insurance-401k with company match-16 vacation days-6 holidays-5 CME days and $1000 allowance Community Enjoy working in Clearwater, FloridaEasy access to the Gulf Coast
