Job Description Senior outpatient centers in the Cleveland, Ohio area Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatric specialty accepted Join an expanding state-of-the-art senior care practice Convenientlocations in Cincinnati Staff of talented primary and specialty care physicians Collaborative and team-based approach to geriatric care Outpatient only setting with 1:10 or better phone call Small patient panelgreat work-life balance and schedule Multiple leadership opportunities True advancement track for physicians Compensation and Benefits $250,000 (negotiable) base salary Sign-On bonus and quality incentives on top of base salary 30+ days of combined PTO (vacation and holidays) 5 CME days and allowance Excellent relocation package Health, dental, 401K, retirement planning, long-term disability & life insurance Community Locations east and west of downtown There is easy access to downtown, all of Cleveland major sports teams, restaurants, and entertainment
