Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
Join a highly respected, innovative primary care team in a 100% office-based, outpatient setting in Glastonbury, CT
Open to Internal Medicine Physicians and Family Medicine Physicians
Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to explore a 4-day work week
Phone call only - averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
Ambient AI technology integrated into practice to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden
EPIC with Dragon, AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing and dedicated Medical Assistant support
Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers and providers new to practice
Committed to continuous development through leadership institutes and on-demand learning platforms including CME and special courses
Paid CME time off plus CME budget, and reimbursed professional licenses and dues
