Quick Facts Location: Flagstaff, AZ Start Date: 10/30/2026 End Date: 01/29/2027 Shift: Night, 2x24-Hour (19:00 - 19:00) Hours per Week: 40+ Employment Type: Contract/Locum License/Certifications: AZ license or IMLC, DEA required Experience: Minimum 1 year in OB/GYN Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $2,223/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide OB/GYN coverage for Flagstaff Medical Center, a 268-bed hospital Conduct 1-3 deliveries per shift with 4-8 callback hours on average Manage patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient outcomes Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management Participate in 24-hour on-call duties during scheduled shifts Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical standards What You Need Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Valid Arizona medical license or IMLC certification DEA license Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN practice experience Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment This assignment involves OB/GYN coverage at Flagstaff Medical Center, providing essential services in a busy hospital environment. The position demands night shift coverage with 24-hour call responsibilities, aimed at delivering high-quality care to patients and supporting hospital operations.
