OBGYN needed in Arizona. This is both an inpatient and outpatient practice setting. The candidate must be AZ licensed and must have and active AZ DEA. Current COI, 1 Peer Reference, Past 2 years of Case Logs and Clean NPDB are also required. This is a call-only coverage.
