Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Russellville, AR Looking for an exciting opportunity to practice in a leading facility in Russellville, Arkansas? Quick Facts Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing/contract duration as specified Shift: Clinic hours 8 am 4 pm (4 days/week); Call 1:4, weekends Fri 8 am Mon 8 am Hours/week: Based on schedule Employment Type: Per Diem/Contract (details discussed upon application) License/Certs: Arkansas medical license, PALS, fetal monitoring certification Experience: Prior OB/GYN practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (rate to be discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You ll Do Provide OB/GYN clinic services in a supportive outpatient setting Assist with overnight and weekend call coverage Collaborate with NP s and IMLC providers as needed Conduct in-house lab tests, ultrasounds, and fetal monitoring on-site Manage patient care with focus on maternal-fetal health and routine gynecology Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently What You Need Required: Valid Arkansas medical license PALS certification Fetal monitoring certification Experience in OB/GYN practice Preferred: Experience with IMLC providers and quality letters Ability to handle call shifts and weekend coverage effectively About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Russellville, Arkansas, where you'll be part of a team committed to delivering quality women's health services.
