Job DescriptionGynecology Opportunity: Fulton, NY Benefits
\ N Salary range of $405K to $425K plus wRVU model
\ N $100K sign-on bonus
\ N Relocation reimbursement up to $10K with receipts
\ N Student loan assistanceof $30K over the length of the contract, if applicable
\ N 38 days of PTO and CME time, including 6 legal holidays
\ N Health, dental, vision,403B, life and disability
\ N $5,500 annual CME, duesand licensure reimbursement
\ N Malpractice paid by Oswego Health
Qualifications \ N Board certified or board eligible, with intent to sit for boards
\ N Visa sponsorship candidates accepted
\ N Candidates available in2026 or 2027
Position Details \ N 3-year employment agreement
\ N Hospital employed;
outpatient practice in Fulton, exact site to be decided
\ N Hybrid of outpatient clinic (Monday to Friday, 8a to 4:30p) and dedicated OR block time, still being set
\ N Bread and butter gynecology: infections, menstrual irregularities, hormone imbalances, gynecologic cancer
\ N Pap smears, pelvic and breast exams, and surgery of the uterus, pelvic organs and cervix
\ N da Vinci robot available in the OR
\ N 7 days of ED call per month in the base contract: 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days (weekend runs 5p Friday to 7a Monday)
\ N Joins 1 full-time gynecologist
\ N EMR: Meditech
