Quick Facts Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL Start Date: 10/26/2026 End Date: 01/25/2027 Shift: 24-hour call shifts (7:00 am 7:00 am) Hours per week: 40 Employment: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Active Florida Medical License, Board Certified in OB/GYN, Florida DEA Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-scope OB/GYN experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $3,334.50 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You ll Do Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including support for childbirth and reproductive health Engage in 24-hour call shifts supporting patient needs, less than five patients per day Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and other staff to ensure seamless patient care Perform procedures such as C-sections and routine gynecological exams Support patients across the female, childbearing age population in a hospital setting Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare standards What You Need Valid Florida Medical License and Florida DEA Board Certification in OB/GYN At least 2 years of recent full-scope OB/GYN experience Comfortable working with CNMs and a team-oriented approach Ability to work 24-hour in-house call shifts About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a well-respected hospital supporting women s health services.
